🌍 Lead Generation (B2B Copywriting Focus) – Remote
Location Preference: South Africa (Native English Speaker)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation specialist with strong B2B copywriting skills to join Pearl Lemon’s fast-growing global team. You’ll be supporting the Lead Gen department by crafting engaging outreach messages, emails, and LinkedIn copy that convert prospects into leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Write persuasive B2B outreach copy for email, LinkedIn, and sales campaigns

Assist in researching and identifying target companies and decision-makers

Collaborate with the Lead Gen team to refine messaging and improve response rates

Track and report on campaign performance
Requirements:

Native English speaker (preferred: South Africa-based)

Prior experience in B2B copywriting (email, LinkedIn, or sales content)

Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting
