What Youll Do
- Recruit train and manage a top-tier canvassing team
- Be out in the field daily knocking doors coaching reps and setting the pace
- Drive your team to generate qualified leads for free in-home design consultations
- Motivate mentor and inspire your team to smash daily and weekly goals
- Track KPIs and performance while growing your territory and team size
