Joyce Windows Sunrooms and Baths is looking for a Canvassing Field Manager / Supervisor to build train and lead a high-performance canvassing team. Were a multi-million-dollar residential home improvement company with a proven track record of success and were expanding fast!
This is NOT a desk job. Youll be out in the field every day motivating your team knocking doors generating leads and coaching your reps to hit big goals. If you love leading from the front growing teams and being rewarded for performance this is the job for you.
What Youll Do
- Build train and manage a team of canvassers to set free design consultation appointments
- Be in the field dailyleading by example knocking doors and coaching on live pitches
- Drive your team to hit and exceed daily weekly and monthly goals
- Track results improve performance and keep energy high
- Work closely with company leadership to expand into new neighborhoods and markets

- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Base Pay Overrides Bonuses
- Average earnings: $80K $120K
- Top performers earn well above six figures
