Your future team:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Marketing & Branding Director and will have one direct report under their supervision. They will be working hand in hand with Sales operations and Digital Marketing Manager Engagement & Experience.
What you will be doing:
This role will focus on developing and executing strategic data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs accelerate SQL conversion and support revenue growth.
Lead the planning execution and optimization of lower-funnel digital marketing campaigns to convert mid- and low-funnel prospects into qualified sales leads.
Own thelead generation strategyin coordination with sales operations aligning campaigns to key business goals and sales targets.
Develop annual marketing plansincluding marketing automation strategies content development and campaign page creation with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Design and execute targetedemail marketingprograms including audience segmentation A/B testing deployment and continuous optimization.
Maintain and enhance ourmarketing automation system(Marketo) and ensure seamless integration with CRM (MS Dynamics); assist in integrating additional platforms as needed.
Track analyze and report on campaign performance with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support global and regional marketing projects while ensuring all campaigns follow brand compliance and legal guidelines.
Act as an internal subject matter expert on lead management best practices including lead scoring nurturing and lifecycle management.
What you bring:
University degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
Proven experience managingMarketo(or similar marketing automation platforms).
Proven experience in driving B2B digital marketing initiatives
Strong expertise in full-funnel digital marketing strategy from awareness to conversion.
Advanced skills in campaign analytics with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Knowledge of the building materials or construction industry is an asset.
