Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Support Team Leader to oversee and guide our team of cleaning operatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across airport terminals hangars and engineering bases while ensuring that staff are supported supervised and performing to the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supervise and motivate a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality services.
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations.
Organise rotas assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
Provide training coaching and ongoing support to team members.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with health safety and security regulations.
Act as the main point of contact between cleaning operatives and management.
Respond to operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Drive a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement
