Job Description
Senior ServiceNow Leader / Administrator
Location Newark NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term contract
Work Arrangement- Hybrid (ONSITE 2-3 days/week)
Interview Type Web Cam Interview Only
Candidates who can work independently are more preferred
15 years of experience level required
Certification:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (e.g. ITSM ITOM HRSD).
Skills Required:
- Hands on ServiceNow administration and development experience Required
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Required
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer and ServiceNow Studio. Required
- Experience with ITOM Discovery Event Management or Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
