MOTOR Ai is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup transforming the way autonomous driving works.

Tasks
Technical and operational leadership of the Decision Team including resource planning milestone definition and goal alignment in line with our quarterly product roadmap
Management and further development of internal areas related to active inference-based decision-making for autonomous systems
Research and innovation: development and evaluation of new decision-making models for autonomous mobility solutions
Quality management & results review including task reviews ensuring Asana hygiene and supporting team members
Team development & motivation: fostering a cooperative solution-oriented culture with ownership and commitment
Structured communication of relevant information to the entire team beyond just technical topics
Cross-functional collaboration with other team leads and management to identify and implement optimization measures
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science Robotics Artificial Intelligence Mathematics or a related field
Extensive expertise in the field of Active Inference
Several years of professional experience in autonomous driving AI or decision-making architectures
Initial or solid leadership experience you understand team dynamics as well as technology
Strong technical understanding of decision-making models probabilistic methods and software development
Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
Fluent in both German and English
Willingness to work onsite
