Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of 2nd & 3rd line advisory and consultative support to the Jazz customer stakeholder community.
- Collaborate on activities across the Tech Ops team working with colleagues to identify and resolve blockers and impediments.
- Establish and maintain a good working knowledge of Jazz IT Service Management processes and governance requirements
- Own issues and developments on behalf of the customer and manage these through the service lifecycle with own team.
- Analyse configure and implement appropriate solutions with the support of the Functional and Development Consultants when applicable
- Strong communicator; work closely with Jazz and internal NDBS stakeholders keeping all parties up-to-date with progress of key deliverables and key metrics.
- Problem solving: use own initiative to identify and implement solutions and opportunities.
Essential:
- Experienced SAP Supply Chain consultant with exposure to MRP planning PPDS and how the two products are used in conjunction with required master data.
- Previous experience in triaging SAP incidents and liaising with end users to identify and resolve issues.
- Good communication skills including liaison with various stakeholders via video calls and Emails
- Experience of working in regulated environments (e.g. pharmaceutical) and conforming to set policies for producing and maintaining documentation.
- Exposure to functional and UAT testing activities.
- Documentation skills:- including functional specifications test scripts business process instructions and understanding the importance of version control.
- A strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of maintaining technical knowledge / learning new skills.
- Proven ability to work with customers to provide robust end-to-end business solutions.
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Good understanding of GXP requirements
- Exposure to Service Now IT Service Management tool
- Experience in providing training to end users who have a limited exposure to SAP systems
- Previous experience of Change Management processes in a regulated environment
