Job Summary

What will you do
As Maintenance Technician E&I you are responsible for the maintenance repairs and optimization of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
Your tasks will include:
- Repairs and testing of equipment and components in the workshop
- Troubleshooting & maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Performing field work: replacing equipment loop testing switching distribution devices etc.
- Electrical safeguarding of equipment according to LOTO procedures
- Supervising external contractors for specialist maintenance
- Actively contributing to safety through correct application of procedures and rules
- Participating in the E&I on-call service (first line)
Who are you
You have a technical background: degree in Electromechanics Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical direction
Preferably already some years of experience in a similar function within the (petro-)chemistry
You have knowledge of:
- Industrial low voltage installations
- Electrical plan reading & PLC controls
- HART protocol & instrumentation
- Pneumatic equipment & failure analysis
- ATEX zones and European directives
- Certificates: BA4/BA5 VCA AWP license
- Language skills: fluent in Dutch/English
- Personality: accurate technically savvy and safety conscious
