INTERNATIONAL OFFICE

It connects the university community with world-renowned academics and experts industry players as well as senior government officials by hosting various intellectually stimulating programmes and initiatives ().

Senior Global Engagement Manager()

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a professional team to achieve the organisations mission and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) for global education;
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with international academic institutions to promote student mobility and academic collaboration;
  • Design and implement innovative global education initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and cross-cultural competencies;
  • Oversee the planning and execution of institution-wide international projects ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational efficiency;
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across the education government and corporate sectors to advance global engagement opportunities;
  • Drive student integration initiatives to foster academic cultural and social inclusion; and
  • Analyse global education trends competitive landscapes and emerging opportunities to develop data-driven strategies and ensure institutional relevance.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree with at least 9 years of work experience preferablyin the higher education sector;
  • Good command of written and spoken English is a must;
  • A confident leader and self-starter with an outgoing personality positive attitude and ability to build strong motivated teams;
  • Able to work effectively withindividuals fromdiverse cultures enthusiastic aboutengaging with students detail-oriented able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office; and
  • Good organisational coordination communication and interpersonal skills.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of three years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
