Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Analyst to join our team this role, you will be responsible for collecting, entering, managing, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and usability for business operations and decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity and optimize information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.

Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.

Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and validation checks.

Analyze data and generate basic reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and insights.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Follow data entry procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, Salesforce, Airtable) is a plus.

Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana).

Knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Good communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
