Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Category & Portfolio Management : Own the complete product portfolio of Faucets & Bathware. Optimize SKU mix pricing positioning and contribution margins. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rationalize underperforming products.
- Go-To-Market & Launches: Design and execute GTM strategy for new launches. Define product positioning packaging price lists and marketing collaterals. Drive architect dealer and channel engagement through training & launch events.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor portfolio pricing and design trends. Conduct consumer and dealer research to identify gaps & opportunities. Recommend product introductions / discontinuations based on insights.
- Marketing & Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales for channel programs trade marketing POSM and training. Support retail & project sales teams with effective product knowledge tools. Ensure alignment between brand promise customer expectations and category delivery.
