We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our plastic manufacturing plant in Tokyo. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of injection molding blow molding and overall manufacturing processes. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all plant operations ensuring production efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations
- Develop and implement production plans
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repair
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage inventory and procurement
- Lead and motivate plant staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of injection molding and blow molding processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
