About the role
The datacenter Branch Engagement Manager (BEM) is a critical role that will support the European region with ensuring high quality servicey deliver by Securitas branches and their certified partners on a multi $100M global client account. This person will drive program performance by providing training support and insights to security operations managers finance team human resources teams and branch teams. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all branch program matters working with Securitas regional and area leadership teams. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a global fast-paced environment.
This role provides subject matter expertise for the account requirements including but not limited to officer selection recruitment invoicing safety engagement and pre-assignment client-required training. The BEM will act as a datacenter ambassador at the branch helping to implement processes and execute datacenter-specific account requirements. They will ensure the delivery of quality services and manage operations efficiently and effectively to achieve excellent customer service operational excellence and profitability.
What youll do
You will act as the datacenter subject matter expert on Branch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and be responsible for evaluating SOP effectiveness and adherence while providing informed recommendations for improvement. The position also plays a key role in standardizing processes practices and service delivery for the account in close partnership with branch management. Acting as the primary point of contact for Regional Security Manager (RSM) the role addresses issues such as staffing invoicing safety uniforms equipment wages and other branch-specific processes.
The role also monitors compliance with appropriate staffing levels and ensures that site scheduling aligns with client requirements while controlling labour costs. The individual will train and coach Securitas regional and area leadership as Document: Branch Engagement Manager - EMEA Version/Date: 1.0/July 1 2025 . well as branch personnel on the specialized requirements of the datacenter environment increasing visibility and alignment across teams. This includes championing new initiatives and acting as a change agent for branches while building and facilitating teamwork and partnerships across business units to drive results through collaboration.
The BEM will monitor key metricsincluding branch scorecards operational performance and financial indicatorsand make proactive recommendations for enhancement
Qualifications :
What you need to apply
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in business management or a related field along with 5 years of progressive experience in physical security contract security or client account management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. A strong background in staffing support is required with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning. Prior exposure to datacenter environments is highly desirable.
The BEM must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities including the ability to influence without authority align stakeholders around shared goals and motivate team performance. You should be skilled in coaching delegating and resolving issues constructively while fostering a positive and productive work environment. A strong customer service orientation the ability to adapt to change and a commitment to continuous improvement are also essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to prepare professional materials facilitate meetings and deliver clear impactful presentations to a variety of audiences including executive leadership. The ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams is critical. You must be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Familiarity with profit and loss management scheduling and service delivery performance is also important.
The extra stuff
This position involves travel (30% of the time) so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) and the flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are a must. This role may have to work nights and weekends to support high priority events in a 24/7 global security environment. All applicants to this role mut have reliable means of communication reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work the legal right to work in the country where the position is located and the ability to speak read and write in English proficiently. Candidates must also be willing to undergo the companys pre-employment screening process which includes a background check and possibly drug screening.
