For our Sales Marketing and Services Organization in Zaltbommel we are looking for a HR Business Partner who will play a key role in the Leadership team by working closely with a wide diversity of local and international stakeholders and who will be responsible for pro-actively developing securing and implementing our strategic and tactical HR policy in line with the companys strategy.
Location: On site in Zaltbommel The Netherlands

Role Overview:
As part of the Management team in this role you are responsible for translating organizational and industry developments into policy and action points within the HR department and beyond. You will monitor budgets connect business objectives to HR objectives and ensure that HR processes run optimally making you a strong HR Business Partner within the company. You will act as a most reliable HR partner for higher and middle management and you are a member of the management team.
The HR Business Partner is also responsible for providing hands-on support with the help of our Shared Service Center advising and facilitating the primary process in the HR field.
This role is reporting into the HR Manager Benelux.
