We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives within the Operations in Portugal.

About The Role: HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• The HR Business Partner is responsible for executing the business strategy as the strategic partner and coach to management and by translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities. The HR Business Partner works in close collaboration with management CoEs and HR services organization;

• Exhibits a strong focus on performance and people development across all teams within the area of responsibility driving improvement on capabilities and engagement;

• Responds to changing business conditions challenges and needs. Furthermore drives the organizational effectiveness through management of change initiatives in people areas;

• Contributes to the development of higher level HR strategy and policies by actively taking part in global meetings and possibility of being part of expert panels / global HR project teams;

• Proactively initiates and implements HR programs and processes in line with formulated HR strategy in order to bring the business organization to higher professional standards and to professionalize HR people management and leadership within the unit;

• Takes ownership of projects and initiatives on country level

• Champions the cycle of (Global) HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding engagement development and offboarding (including performance management and compensation & benefits) to support the growth and development of people in the respective units.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology Law Labor Relationship Business Administration or similar. Masters in HR or MBA would be a plus.

• At least 4-5 years of previous experience in generalist HR role in Portugal.

• Previous experience working in multinational environments.

• Ability to work fluently in Portuguese Spanish and English.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills collaborative and analytical.
