As a Director youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

About you
Bachelors or Masters degree from reputable universities
15 years experience in a consulting firm / strategic planning / industri specific required
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Indonesia
Strong leadership and team player open and positive in a group dynamic
Fit in PwC values
Proven experience using Microsoft office such as Excel Word PowerPoint
Proven leadership and expertise in specific industry knowledge or functional knowledge e.g. strategy supply chain procurement etc.
Proven record of leadership in a work setting
A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
Have previous experience in one or more of the following industries:
Consumer & Retail
Energy Chemicals & Utilities
Supply Chain
Procurement
Government & Public Sector
Healthcare
