Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare and post journal entries manage general ledger and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting department.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
