Responsibilities
- Brand activity planning
- Project management
- Research briefing and Data analysis
- Demand cycle - assumption and forecasting
- Budget management -Bottom-up allocation tracking and communicating
- Collaboration with 3P
- Managing strategic brand campaigns
- Organizing market visits itinerary and sharing reports from visits
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines on all creatives
- Price tracking vs SPI & API
- Media- Reach ambition and platform maximization.
RequirementsCompetence Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good experience in the brand planning process
- Commercial acumen confident enthusiastic and persuasive
- Convincing personality good planner self-starter and committed to results.
Qualification/ Experience
- First degree in Business Marketing Communication or related field. An MBA or a masters in marketing is desirable.
- Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in brand management with knowledge of trade marketing consumer marketing research and product development in the FMCG sector.
