Designation- Relationship Manager (General Insurance & Corporate Insurance)
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive sales of
General Insurance products (Fire Marine Property Liability Group Health etc.)
for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate should have strong
market knowledge relationship-building skills and a proven track record in B2B
insurance sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients for general insurance
products
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Conduct client meetings presentations and need-based product
recommendations
Liaise with underwriting and claims teams for smooth client servicing
Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
Develop channel partnerships brokers or agency networks to support
SME acquisition
Stay updated with IRDAI regulations competitor products and market
trends
