Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with the companys growth and workforce planning goals.
Understand the unique hiring needs of freight forwarding operations including air sea road customs and supply chain roles.
Drive diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.
Team & Process Management:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
Ensure a structured and consistent recruitment process across all levels and regions.
Utilize data-driven insights to track and improve time-to-fill quality-of-hire and other recruitment metrics.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with business leaders and department heads to forecast staffing needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by guiding on job design candidate profiles and interview frameworks.
Conduct regular talent reviews and pipeline discussions with leadership.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication clear processes and feedback mechanisms.
Build strong relationships with candidates especially for critical leadership and niche operational roles.
Technology & Vendor Management:
Leverage ATS HRIS and sourcing tools to streamline recruitment.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and evaluate their performance.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to enhance employer visibility across social media job boards and industry events.
Represent the organization at industry-specific job fairs conferences and logistics recruitment events.
