Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented and experienced Content Development Supervisor China to help guide our content teams across multiple franchises in creating memorable experiences for players in China. This is a hybrid and unique role that will require the candidate to wear multiple hats. If this opportunity sounds like an interesting challenge to you wed like to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Helps navigate prioritize and deliver our product development roadmap for China.
- Understands in-game economies shop and transactions for all the China related SKUs.
- Collaborates across disciplines integrating and implementing designs into memorable player experiences.
- Partners with leadership groups and partner teams throughout the development process.
Requirements
- 5 years of game design experience.
- Experience with feature design and implementation using commercial or proprietary game development tools.
- Strong understanding of live-service games and associated metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English.
Pluses
- Experience as a developer of multiplayer content in an MMO or RPG environment.
- Experience designing in a fast-paced live-service environment.
- Familiarity with Blizzard games.
