Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality JavaScript code to implement advanced features ensuring smooth integration of graphics audio and gameplay elements
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet design specifications and exceed user expectations
   
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers helping them build skills and grow professionally
   
• Work closely with QA and deployment teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards
   
• Take ownership of features and deliverables ensuring timely completion while maintaining high levels of quality and performance
   
• Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across multiple devices and browsers with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences
   
• Stay ahead of industry trends identifying opportunities to introduce new tools technologies and best practices to improve workflows
   
• Actively contribute to technical discussions and help shape the future of development processes and team standards
   

Qualifications :

• Proficient understanding of JavaScript HTML and CSS with proven experience delivering high-quality software solutions
   
• Deep knowledge of the latest JavaScript standards and modern front-end development practices
   
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and deliver effective solutions
   
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and providing constructive feedback
   
• Experience with modern IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio WebStorm IntelliJ)
   
• Proficient in source control software (e.g. Git Perforce SVN)
   
• Advanced working knowledge of JavaScript tooling (e.g. Webpack Babel Yarn)
   
• Familiarity with optimisation techniques to enhance performance and user experience
   
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities

• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical support to the wider team
   
• Maintain and improve documentation to ensure it accurately reflects technical processes and supports team knowledge sharing
   
• Take an active role in code reviews providing thoughtful and detailed feedback to ensure code quality and promote best practices
