Reports to:Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientedLead Field Sales Executiveto drive strategic growth initiatives in Thailand. This high-impact role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities managing key enterprise accounts and cultivating long-term client relationships across sectors including Asset Management Wealth Insurance and Pension. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge a strong network and a proven track record in solution-based sales.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • New Business Development:
    Identify qualify and close new business opportunities across software products SaaS platforms and BPO services.

  • Client Engagement:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large Thailand enterprises.

  • Strategic Relationship Management:
    Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders including COOs Heads of Operations Product Teams and Procurement.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement go-to-market strategies territory plans and account management frameworks to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • RFP/RFI Management:
    Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with bid management and solutioning teams.

  • Solution Selling:
    Work closely with pre-sales delivery and product teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management:
    Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Go-Check and HubSpot.

  • Market Intelligence & Insight:
    Monitor industry trends competitor activities and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

  • Team Leadership:
    Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture within the region.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in high-value solution sales preferably within the Financial Services industry.

  • Proven expertise in Transfer Agency and the application of investment management knowledge to software solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue quotas in a solution sales environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and the Thailand regulatory landscape for Asset Managers.

  • Self-motivated organized and capable of managing complex sales cycles independently.

  • Established network within the Thailand enterprise sector.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed organization and collaborate across geographies.

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
