Responsibilities:
- Attend appointments with designers or invite designers to visit the showroom at least 3-5 times per week.
- Fulfill duties in the showroom according to the Monthly Showroom Duty Schedule.
- Enter data into the Salesforce system to keep it up to date.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to update the status of ongoing tasks and schedule appointments with designers for the following week including reviewing details of each customer in the Salesforce system with the manager to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare proposals (presentations including images and prices).
- Prepare quotations product details and catalogs for presentation purposes.
- Provide professional customer service until the sale is closed including explaining sales and payment terms to customers.
- Prepare sales summary documents for submission to Sales Admin Staff to input into the SAP system.
- Prepare documents related to product orders for Manager review before creating purchase orders to send to manufacturing factories.
- Follow up on the status of product delivery and installation including ordering additional products to resolve work issues.
- Coordinate product installation and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support to customers.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing and related field
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales management preferably in luxury home dcor industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in English is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
