Youll sit at the heart of our talent team working hand-in-hand with Recruitment and HR to push talent acquisition forward. But this isnt a back-office role - youll be hands-on shaping how we find assess and hire the best people across Europe.

Your Tasks
  • Own the full hiring journey - from sourcing to final hire - with a strong focus on assessing talent beyond the CV.

  • Partner with hiring managers - challenge guide and support them through the process.

  • Drive proactive sourcing - uncover talent before the roles even hit the board.

  • Lead projects to improve our recruiting game - new tech smarter processes and fresh candidate sources.

  • Shape and amplify our employer brand - help us stand out in the market and attract the right people.

You Bring
  • Deep recruiting experience - youve already run full cycles end-to-end enough times to know the pitfalls and shortcuts.

  • The ability to see beyond CVs and really assess skills potential and team fit.

  • Confidence to set boundaries and push back when needed while keeping things collaborative.

  • Proven ability to balance speed with quality - moving fast without cutting corners.

  • Ownership of the full process not just passing profiles along.

  • Clear confident communication that builds trust with candidates and hiring managers.
