As a Corporate Recruiter you are a strategic partner connector and a builder. You will lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle from crafting compelling recruitment strategies to onboarding top-tier professionals. You will support hiring decisions elevate our employer brand and help shape the future of Embla Medical.
You will be an integral part of a 33 member People Team collaborating with our HRBPs in our different entities and Centers of Excellence (Payrolling Total Rewards Compensation) and Business managers across EMEA.
The Talent Acquisition Team consists of 6 colleagues based in different locations and supporting all our different brands under the Embla This role you will report to Debby our Talent Acquisition Manager based in Eindhoven.
What You Will Do:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: From intake to offer negotiation youll manage it all.
- Partner with hiring managers: Understand their needs advise them and deliver results.
- Drive sourcing and selection: Use LinkedIn job boards networks and creative strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead the offer process: Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to create compelling offers.
- Develop best practices: Standardize recruiting processes (as a team) and train/coach managers on interviewing.
- Manage external partners: Oversee relationships with agencies and search firms.
- Build our employer brand: Engage with universities and institutions to attract future talent.
- Collaborate globally: Align with Talent Acquisition colleagues worldwide on hiring and systems.
- participate in improvement projects
What You Will Need:

- At least 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in recruiting diverse professional profiles
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Experience in international environments /working with different cultures is a plus.
What We Offer:
- A monthly salary between 4000 and 5200 on a fulltime employment based on your experience
- 27 vacation days per year based on a full year and fulltime employment
- Lunch and refreshment throughout the day at minimum employee contribution of EUR 100 per day worked from the office
- Hybrid way of working including work from home allowance
