Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
This position involves planning and executing strategies from customer development to implementation to sell low-voltage inverters to new data centers and semiconductor factories as well as new machinery manufacturers such as port cranes and transport parts.
You will be primarily engaged in new sales development with panel builders machinery manufacturers and agents.
Although the products we handle are small inverters this is an essential position for expanding our business.
Based on existing connections with customers we expect you to study the market competition and new products and think for yourself to create business opportunities.
First you will aim to receive orders worth 500 million yen in 2-3 years. Product unit prices range from 100000 yen per unit to 1 to 3 million yen.
(Therefore if the average price is 500000 yen you will receive orders for 1000 units.)
You will be building sales partners such as agents.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Technical college or College niversity graduate or above
New sales experience in similar industries(experience in everything from creating sales strategies to closing sales)
JapaneseJLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
EnglishMinimal communication skills (writing reading speaking)
A mindset to innovate take ownership and drive continuous improvement
