Job Description

At the heart of our work is Danny Platform our cutting-edge analytics platform for real-world data. Danny Platform processes maasive volumes of data from multiple sourcesincluding EHRs registries laboratories and morein fields such as oncology cardiology neurology and rare diseases. The platform provides actionable insights into real-world evidence (RWE) supporting improved patient access and health outcomes.
As Sqilline prepares to expand into the Global markets over the next year we are looking to bring on board a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will drive and oversee Sqillines operational strategy ensuring smooth scaling into new markets and achieving sustainable growth in mature markets in alignment with the companys vision. The COO will lead initiatives to enhance team operational efficiency and market-specific readiness while collaborating closely with sales and operations teams
within the respective countries.
The COO will also be responsible for leading the Human Resources department with HR reporting directly to this position. This structure will enable better integration of HR efforts with operational needs supporting efficient scaling and cross-departmental alignment during rapid growth.
Additionally the COO will oversee data security and compliance ensuring robust protection and adherence to regulations particularly in new markets. The COO will maintain operational integrity and foster collaboration across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Support Alignment
Coordninate with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with
operational readiness for smooth market entry and growth.
Develop and oversee customer success frameworks to ensure high customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding for hospitals and pharmaceutical customers. Work closely with the sales team to design market entry strategies ensuring the sales
pipeline matches the companys operational capacity and readiness.
Conduct regular cross-functional meetings with sales leaders to discuss pipeline updates resource requirements and operational challenges in new markets.
3. Data Operational Scalability and Infrastructure in Hospital Market
Recruit and lead cross-functional teams focusing on training and talent management.
Optimize processes using Lean/Agile methodologies for consistent delivery and efficiency.
4. Data Security and Compliance in New Market
Implement stringent data security measures to safeguard sensitive healthcare data.
Conduct regular compliance audits to align with local and international standards.
5. Strategic Partnerships
Build collaborations with healthcare organizations technology providers and governmental
bodies to support market penetration.
Manage vendor relationships for seamless service delivery.
6. Performance Metrics and Reporting
Define KPIs for operational efficiency customer acquisition and market growth.
Provide transparent updates to the CEO and board on expansion progress and operational
risks.
COO Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Advanced degree in business as MBA is a plus
Experience:
o 5 years in a senior operational role in the software and technology sector with a
strong emphasis on SaaS
o Proven experience in managing market entry and scaling operations.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
o Expertise in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
