Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Professional Clients to lead the department dedicated to serving professional investors including asset managers proprietary trading firms hedge funds and financial advisors. As part of LYNX an international online broker the Professional Clients department plays a key role in supporting experienced market participants with tailored services and high-quality this position you will be responsible for leading the team managing strategic client relationships and driving business growth in line with our overall objectives. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on business development operational excellence and regulatory alignment.
What youll do:
Youll be in charge of everything related to our Professional Clients from setting the strategy to making sure we deliver high-quality service every day. Youll work closely with other departments like Compliance Service and Risk to make sure were aligned and meeting all requirements.
Youll also lead and coach the team help them grow and ensure everyone is working towards the same goals. Youll manage client relationships directly especially with our key accounts and look for new opportunities to grow the business. On top of that youll keep an eye on the budget and make sure were spending wisely when it comes to marketing events and client development.
Heres what were looking for:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a highly regulated financial services environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a client-facing or sales-related capacity.
- Deep understanding of exchange-traded products such as equities options futures FX and mutual funds.
- Proven experience with institutional and professional clients: asset managers proprietary trading firms hedge funds etc.
- Strong track record of building and scaling client service and sales teams.
- Experience with institutional stakeholders such as exchanges and regulators.
- Up-to-date knowledge of MiFID II and related regulatory frameworks.
