- Drive channel-focused sales execution across 80 vans nationwide
- Develop and implement targeted distribution strategies for the vendors and informal market
- Lead the transition from general trade to focused distribution models
- Spearhead the rollout of a vendor-facing sales app
- Ensure seamless integration between sales operations and IT systems
- Champion vendor onboarding and incentivization to drive app adoption
- Oversee order processing delivery coordination and cash collection via the app
- Design and optimize van routes for efficiency and coverage
- Conduct market mapping data collection and gap analysis to identify underserved areas
- Build deep familiarity with the Zimbabwean consumer landscape and informal trade dynamics
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 10 years in FMCG sales and distribution preferably with a multinational
- Strong route-to-market and informal sector experience
- Proven success in managing large-scale van operations and digital sales platforms
