We are looking for a Van Sales Head to oversee the management of 80 vans countrywide servicing a consumer base of approximately 200000 with a strong focus on efficiency automation and informal sector engagement.

Responsibilities:
Drive channel-focused sales execution across 80 vans nationwide
Develop and implement targeted distribution strategies for the vendors and informal market
Lead the transition from general trade to focused distribution models
Spearhead the rollout of a vendor-facing sales app
Ensure seamless integration between sales operations and IT systems
Champion vendor onboarding and incentivization to drive app adoption
Oversee order processing delivery coordination and cash collection via the app
Design and optimize van routes for efficiency and coverage
Conduct market mapping data collection and gap analysis to identify underserved areas
Build deep familiarity with the Zimbabwean consumer landscape and informal trade dynamics
Key Skills:
Minimum 8 10 years in FMCG sales and distribution preferably with a multinational
Strong route-to-market and informal sector experience
Proven success in managing large-scale van operations and digital sales platforms
Qqualifications:
Degree in Marketing Management/Business Management or related.
