1. Facilities Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations maintenance and security of all physical infrastructure.

Manage renovations expansions and capital improvement projects.

Ensure a safe clean and compliant working environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Supervise facility vendors and service contracts.
2. Logistics Management:
-
Lead planning and execution of supply chain logistics including warehousing inventory and distribution.
-
Monitor and improve logistics performance costs and delivery timelines.
-
Coordinate cross-departmentally to align logistics operations with business goals.
3. Transport Management:
-
Manage company-owned and third-party transportation services for goods and staff.
-
Optimize routes schedules and fuel usage for operational efficiency.
-
Ensure vehicle upkeep driver compliance and transport safety measures.
-
Implement tracking and transport management systems.
4. POSH Compliance and Workplace Safety:
-
Ensure strict adherence to the POSH Act 2013 across all facilities logistics sites and transport operations.
-
Work in collaboration with HR and the Internal Committee (IC) to promote a safe and respectful workplace.
-
Ensure that transport and facility arrangements for female employees are secure and sensitive to their safety needs.
-
Conduct awareness training on POSH policies and workplace conduct especially for staff working in facilities and logistics roles.
-
Support reporting investigation and resolution of any POSH-related complaints or incidents in a confidential and compliant manner.
5. Leadership & Strategy:
-
Lead train and motivate teams across all areas of responsibility.
-
Develop and manage departmental budgets ensuring cost control without compromising service quality.
-
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement sustainability and compliance.
-
Develop SOPs and emergency response plans for all operations under the department.
