We are looking for a Global Talent and Operations Partnerwho can take ownership of driving full-cycle international recruitment seamless onboarding and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Your Role in Driving Global Talent Operations:

• Drive full-cycle international recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring top global talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
• Design and manage a seamless engaging onboarding experience for international new hires.
• Serve as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including performance management engagement and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
• Track and report key talent metrics (time-to-hire retention engagement) and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability in global HR operations.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition HR operations or people experience roles.
• Strong understanding of global employment laws cultural nuances and international HR practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
• Hands-on experience with ATS HRIS and other HR tools (e.g. Greenhouse BambooHR Workday).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
• High attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented approach.
