Job Description

Our client is seeking a Paralegalwho will be responsible for transaction support to the Legal Team in their Dublin office.
As part of your role you will supervise and guide junior paralegals.

What youll be doing:
  • Provide comprehensive document and transactional assistance to the legal team.
  • Structure and compose various legal documents and agreements including lease amendments side letters conditions precedent and corporate approvals.
  • Manage the coordination of the Letters of Credit process.
  • Draft supporting documents for lease contracts restructuring agreements and warranties.
  • Oversee the completion of sales transactions ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of all required documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation completion and filing of transactional documents.
  • Create and oversee the production of documents like leases contracts and letters.
  • Maintain secure and organized filing of all documents in accordance with company protocols.

What youll need:
  • 5 years previous experience working in a transactional role within financial services.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
