About the Firm
A respected litigation firm with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its dynamic team. The firm represents clients in complex disputes across state and federal courts offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Why This Role Matters
As a Litigation Paralegal you will play a key role in ensuring cases run smoothly from inception through trial. You ll provide critical support to attorneys manage case materials and contribute to the success of high-stakes litigation.
What You ll Do
- Act as liaison among attorneys courts clients and outside parties.
- Review organize and maintain case materials and files.
- Conduct case-related legal research.
- Draft pleadings subpoenas discovery requests/responses interrogatories and correspondence.
- Coordinate collection review and production of discovery.
- Assist in deposition preparation pre-trial investigations and witness preparation.
- Support trial preparation including exhibits witness binders and demonstrative evidence.
- Manage calendaring and scheduling for depositions hearings mediations and related proceedings.
What We re Looking For
- Associate s Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies (preferred).
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Familiarity with Washington Oregon and Federal court procedures and filings.
- First Party Property Insurance or other insurance litigation experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document/client management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
