4. Define corporate brand philosophy.
5. Drive branding / advertising initiatives of the Organization across all regions after in-depth
analysis of the geographic demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market.
6. Formulate and implement Organization wide policies on key account management project
marketing advertising and promotions;
7. Ensure effective and timely communication of new initiatives / projects to critical
stakeholders.
8. Develop good understanding of the property market including regulations recent trends
events and key business variables.
9. Designing campaign communication and collaterals.
10. Designing the 360- degree marketing plan and allocating budgets for all the projects.
11. Conceptualizing innovative marketing and branding solutions including digital marketing and
social media corporate websites and microsites.
12. Responsible for independently pitching to clients for our projects generating leads/
prospects for the Commercial/Retail/SEZ space of the company at various locations. Meet
IT/ITES non-ITES companies and understand their expansion plans/growth perspective with
regards to taking up space.
13. Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease
documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client's Retail and
office space requirements
14. Drive creative agencies on brand guidelines and company expectations on business
generation initiatives that can be tracked and measured.
15. Interact with Land Owners/Consultants constantly to bring new developments.
16. Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source business through both
direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network.
17. Generate new business through formation of new client relationships the expansion and
deepening of existing relationships and the pursuit of cross-selling opportunities of the firm's
services platform.
18. CRM - Building Client Relationship & Feedback Management with Existing clients.
19. Interact with Land Owners/Consultants constantly to bring new developments.
20. Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source business through both
direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network.
21. Network with brokers to maintain market awareness and develop key contacts in our target
market area.
22. Analyzing existing developer's inventory sales velocity prices and proposed developments
in the given vicinity.
23. Research proposed developments such as extension of roads Metro land acquisition by
Government any other factors benefit/hinder the development.
24. Coordination with External agencies such as IPCs Research organizations in obtaining
detailed market research report on Demography Growth factors Income level Population
and growth trends.
25. Market Research & Data Analysis to understand the current trends in the market in terms of
project features pricing and other offerings required and accepted by the market.
26. Collecting Competition & their projects Data and preparing comparisons (Including visits to
the competitor sites to collect accurate data as required).
27. Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork institutionalize
companys culture understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative
environment.
28. Lead the department in all the internal reviews.
