- Responsible for safety and compliance in sales.
- Volume & CM responsibility of allocated to carton board sales and cascade down to everyone in the team with the close follow up.
- Drive and support Beihai FBB FSB & CKB products go to market strategy and build solid customer base. Drive product growth ambitions in China by developing merchants & convertors business. Brand owners approach is also encouraged.
- Identify market needs (relating to entire StoraEnso Groups paper board products) and provide regular market and competitor analysis reports.
- Work out accurate sales forecast identify report and act upon deviations as they may occur.
- Maintain good customer relations and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of commercial activities including but not limited to quotation order confirmation account receivables & credit limit control.
- Strive for higher profitability and continuously explore new profitable business opportunities.
- Develops value propositions for the customers and participates in trial runs.
- Works together with other Stora Enso stakeholders to develop products and service concepts.
- Supports profitability improvement initiatives in the context of Key Accounts.
- Coaching and development of carton board sales team.
- Provide the organization with market insights trends and customer intelligence.
- Performance management including target setting follow up and support to direct reports.
- Short mid and longer-term budgeting and target setting in own area.

Job Requirements:
- Education requirement: Relevant bachelor and above degree.
- Professional experience required: 8 years in board/paper/Packaging material sales senior responsibilities.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
- Good safety and compliance track record.
- Language and other skill requirements: Fluent in English.
- Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team.
- Other requirements and preferred traits: team player results oriented and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel.
