We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Large Format Print Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our Shanghai facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large format printing production ensuring high-quality output efficient workflow and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and excellent client communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily shop operations including production scheduling workflow optimization and maintenance of printing equipment.
- Supervise and motivate a team of technicians operators and support staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all print outputs meet quality standards client specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage large format print projects from receipt of order through to delivery coordinating with sales design logistics and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients providing updates addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with material suppliers and service vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and maintenance services.
-Monitor costs improve operational efficiency and contribute to budgeting and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest printing technologies materials and industry trends to enhance shop capabilities and offerings.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience managing a large format print shop or print production facility
-Strong technical knowledge of large format printing processes materials and machinery
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Good understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations.
-Ability to work under pressure multitask and solve problems efficiently.
-Familiarity with print management software and workflow tools.
-Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
