Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions reporting directly to the CFO. This role is critical in providing accurate financial reporting robust analysis and strategic guidance to support the groups business objectives and ensure compliance within the property development and construction industries.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all financial and accounting operations ensuring compliance with MFRS and local statutory requirements.
Lead the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic business decisions.
Manage project-specific finance activities including project financing feasibility studies and project cash flow management.
Develop and implement strong internal controls and maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
Liaise effectively with external stakeholders including bankers auditors and regulators.
Lead mentor and manage a finance team to ensure high performance and productivity.
