Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient utilization of manpower machines and resources.
- Oversee CNC Programming (Delcam / MasterCAM UG) for precision machining operations.
- Supervise and support in proving aerospace & defence precision parts as per quality standards.
- Plan monitor and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Design and implement tools & fixtures required for machining operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality Design Procurement and Maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity reduce costs and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety compliance and organizational policies within the production department.
