Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient utilization of manpower machines and resources.
Oversee CNC Programming (Delcam / MasterCAM UG) for precision machining operations.
Supervise and support in proving aerospace & defence precision parts as per quality standards.
Plan monitor and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Design and implement tools & fixtures required for machining operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality Design Procurement and Maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity reduce costs and maintain quality standards.
Ensure adherence to safety compliance and organizational policies within the production department.
