Job Summary
Front of House Manager Stellenbosch
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Front of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate based in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all front-facing operations delivering an exceptional guest experience in a refined setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Recruit train supervise and motivate front-of-house teams to maintain the highest standards of service.
Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day management of all public areas including reservations ticket sales and concessions.
Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as the kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless operations.
Problem-Solving: Act as a professional liaison to resolve guest issues manage complaints and handle any unforeseen situations with discretion and efficiency.
Financials & Administration: Manage administrative duties oversee budgets and financial aspects related to front-of-house operations and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or wine estate environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service excellence
Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
Professional demeanour with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Proficiency in administrative and financial management tasks
Package:
Salary: R25000 per month negotiable depending on experience
