Pay: $17.00/hour
Hours: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: Sapulpa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Shop Helper for a fabrication facility in Sapulpa OK. The Shop Helper will assist skilled craftsmen in completing daily shop operations ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in an industrial environment while developing their fabrication and mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist craftsmen with assigned shop tasks and general fabrication duties
- Safely operate around overhead cranes forklifts and power equipment (safety-sensitive position)
- Maintain productivity in line with company standards and quality requirements
- Follow all safety policies and 5S procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support team members by helping complete projects efficiently and safely
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth shop operations
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Basic fabrication shop experience preferred
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools safely
- Proficient in using a tape measure and reading simple shop communications
- Willingness to learn shop drawings and bills of materials
- Positive attitude team-oriented and eager to learn new skills
Physical & Safety Requirements
The Shop Helper role is a safety-sensitive position that involves working near heavy machinery and moving equipment. Must be able to stand for extended periods bend kneel lift up to 50 lbs and maintain awareness of surroundings in an active fabrication environment.
