As a B2C Consumer Sales Support Representative in the B2C E-Commerce team you help customers solve problems and take great pride in delivering a great service.
We believe you are a skilled person for the Customer Service Representative role or if you have experience from a similar role is meritorious. You are an action-oriented problem solver with a customer obsessive mindset.
Youll be an important player in a fast-paced small team with the goal of keeping our customers happy. Your personal drive people skills and diligence are what will make a difference. You are customer focused executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big - youll do whatever it takes to help our customers.
