EXPERIENCE WITH PEOPLESOFT TO ADP IS HIGHLY PREFERRED. PAYROLL MODULE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This is a contract role for a Peoplesoft to ADP Conversion Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for executing data conversions analyzing business processes and providing expert advice on human capital management systems. Day-to-day tasks will involve detailed data analysis mapping and transformation processes and ensuring seamless integration between Peoplesoft and ADP platforms. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Conversion experience
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
- Consulting experience with a focus on Human Capital Management
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Peoplesoft and ADP systems is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree in IT Business HR or related field
