How youll make an impact:
You will under the direction of the Head of OSI working solely or in a coordinated effort with other Special Investigations Officers; the Legal & Integrity Function and/or HR in delivering a wide range of investigations.
You will Include data collection & data review/ (forensic) analysis; interviews of Whistleblowers witnesses victims and subjects; report writing and other duties as deemed appropriate by the company.
You will be communicating with the disciplinary committees at various levels in the Group and executing of the role on a regional basis and if necessary on a global basis it will be expected to be travelling up to 5% of the time
You will be supporting the training of the Legal & Integrity and HR community to enhance their skills of conducting investigations supporting the improvement of internal controls (Lessons Learned) and supporting of the development of the function to its next level of maturity.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold bachelors degree.
More than 6years of experience in corporate investigations and/or white-collar crime law enforcement.
Preferred background in audit. You have a strong personal character with sense of determination independency and flexibility combined with good judgment eye for detail and dedication to protecting the companys assets and reputation. Experience with eDiscovery tooling (Zylab/ Relativity).
The ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on deadlines management skills are an asset.
Intercultural sensitivity without compromising on Integrity.
Fluency in both written and verbal English; native speaker in Mandarin language. Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing).
