Job Description

Tasks

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
  • Coordinate administrative support functions ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement office management procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the IT department.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage employee onboarding processes including equipment allocation and access management to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and accounting preferably within the IT or software development industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
