Summary:
This position will be responsible for growing business opportunities and sales to drive profitability. By securing new business opportunities for World Courier while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients it requires collaborative innovative and customer focus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a country and account strategy plan
Plan and manage the budget to meet sales objectives and costs control
Develop predictable revenue forecasting and take action where potential deviations are identified
Lead develop and manage the sales team
Monitor and steer the progress of sales pipeline by using sales and performance analytics
Meet key clients maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth
Attend to service failures to ensure appropriate resolutions are offered in close interdepartmental collaboration with the companys customer service and operations team
Run Chinese-language campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department and subject matter experts and manage agency relations for Search Engine Optimization Search Engine Marketing and social media marketing projects
Localize advertising marketing collaterals sales kits and other promotional materials for Chinese market
Provide support for lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns
Responsible for managing content for website & social media marketing
Grow regional email marketing database measure and analyse activities results
Execute events such as workshops and tradeshows and support PR-related activities
Support Global Marketing team when necessary

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing and related fields
Experience Requirements:
Relevant experience in logistics and or the pharmaceutical industry
Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin
