DescriptionTheSales Executive position is responsible for 100% execution of sales activities inthe stores according to company sales processes plans and objectives. This position needs to build and maintain excellentECP relationships to support solid business growthin the stores. The job holder is expected to be professional credible and always comfortable dealing with optometrists ophthalmologists technicians office administrators retail store managers and store staff. Make sure to achieve sales target through perfect execution of sales plan
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales target through perfect execution of sales plan and maximizing full range of products distribution in the stores.
- Follow the discipline to visit customers every day to discover and meet their needs. Fully understand and implement CVI sales platform.
- Achieve responsible territory sales call requirements in SFDC.
- Be dedicated to meet customers reasonable needs quickly and accurately.
- Regularly complete and update comprehensive profiling of all stores; understand customers business.
- Be familiar with and use CVI products and competitors products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and store level analysisCollect competitors information and feedback to TM and MKT in time.
- Integrate and train ECP and store manager on CVI technology value-added products and services ; enhance customer experience by providing value-added services .
Quickly gain customer recognition by presenting company and product information to customers and complete display in the stores

Experience: | - Minimum three to fiveyears of sales experience Knowledge of the optical industry is beneficial.
- Optical industry or related medical/technical healthcare field.
- Experience and demonstrated track record of performance and results. Demonstrate result driven and good sales performance in the past
