Sales & Business Development
Take ownership of sales activities covering compactors (rollers) pavers or milling machines in the responsible region.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Manage the full-cycle sales process including prospecting quotation negotiation closing and after-sales support.
Dealer Network Management
Identify develop and manage dealer partners especially for earth-moving equipment where distribution is agency-led.
Monitor dealer performance and provide support training and strategic direction as needed.
Evaluate potential new markets and onboard new dealers where necessary.
Direct Sales Execution
Lead direct sales initiatives for asphalt equipment and similar machinery where direct-to-customer models are used.
Build strong relationships with key accounts contractors and government procurement bodies.
Customer Relationship & Market Insight
Maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and product positioning.
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and customer meetings.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Engineering Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the construction equipment industry.
Solid experience with either dealer management direct sales or ideally both.
Familiarity with sales of road machinery such as rollers pavers or milling machines is a must.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
Valid drivers license is required.
Full Time
