Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine Physician in Clinton IA
Discover an excellent full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a busy outpatient practice located in the charming community of Clinton Iowa. MercyOne Clinton is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a supportive and autonomous clinic environment. Join a team of dedicated professionals in a vibrant small-town atmosphere with easy access to big-city amenities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with three other Internists and one APP in a traditional practice setting.
- Stepping into a busy and fully developed practice with a strong patient base.
- Provide patient care in a clinic open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Enjoy a family-friendly community offering excellent educational and recreational facilities.
- Participate in on-call coverage with a schedule of 1:4 weekends.
- Engage with a primary care network that includes specialists in Rheumatology Nephrology and Pulmonology.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- Iowa license (or willingness to obtain).
- Preferred clean malpractice and license history.
- Ability to accept J1 visa candidates.
- Accepting new graduate candidates.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- Iowa license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license history - PREFERRED
- Visa support requirements must be noted - REQUIRED
